Risk Management & Data Loss Prevention
Take a proactive approach to protecting your data and retaining data that may otherwise be lost forever. Share Policies allow you to control who your data is shared to.
Policies are run nightly to ensure your data is safe. Lockbox is an onDemand Google Doc locking system. Create a lockbox which contains deposit folders and secured protection folders.
Users deposit documents in to the Lockbox deposit folders and based on a schedule we sweep them into the secured protection folders adjusting sharing as needed.
Configure the Shared Policy engine to monitor and enforce domain sharing across Google Docs and Sites. The engine can be configured in two modes. White list mode allows you to enforce a policy that only allows shares to an approved list of domains. All other domain shares found will be removed and reported. Black list allow you to define domains that you specifically do not want your data shared to such as competitors. If these shares are found they are removed and reported.

eDiscovery creates jobs that search through the different Google services, running actions on different resources that you want to modify, copy, or retain.
These actions will allow you to:
- Run a simulation, creating a spreadsheet with the different specifications of that resource.
- Change ownership of resources from one user to a destination user.
The jobs that you create can run on a certain days of the week, allowing you to create the changes that you need without disrupting workflow of the users. You are also able to make certain jobs run manually, allowing you to have full control of when you want your searches and actions taken.
You are able to target specific resources using our advanced searching. You can target resources that have a title or content that matches a word or phrase you specify. You are able to search what are shared with certain users. You are able to search for different types of documents, allowing to match for only those types of documents. You can also search for when the resource was last opened or modified, selecting a certain date or a range of dates. All of these advanced search options give you the flexibility of matching anything and everything.
The Administration Module contains immutable logs for every admin action, configuration change as well as trail history of the delegated admins. Create unlimited customized roles to delegate functionality or limited roles that only have the ability to review your audited data. Report Center allows you to run custom reports based on Shares, Visibility, Permissions and Dates.
